​2025 Registration and information about the first event of the year:​

• The Ladies Club 9 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is being held at the club house on Tuesday, April 1 @ 9am.  Once you've finished registering, please stay for an informative meeting afterwards.

• In addition to the 9-hole green fees, payable at the Pro Shop each week you golf, there is an annual club fee. The 2025 fee is $30, is payable by cash or cheque, and is due upon registration.  If paying by cheque, please make your cheque payable to "Arrowsmith Club 9".  If paying by cash, please try to bring exact change.

• Lastly, please bring a separate $25 cheque to the AGM for "Back to the Greens" if you are planning on attending our first day of golf, which is April 15th.  The only time we will be accepting payment for Back to the Greens is at the AGM.

New for 2025:  

1. Weekly sign up must now be done by Thursdays at 5pm, at the latest, as we MUST now submit our schedule to the pro shop by Friday.

2. If you need to cancel a Ladies Club 9 tee time, for any reason, send a text - please be sure to include your name in the text - and advise the following tee time coordinator that you are cancelling:

• Please DO NOT call the Pro Shop!

• If you had an early tee time, text Janice at 250-240-3730

• If you had a 10am or later tee time, text Joan H at 250-248-7405 

• Remember to include your name so they don't have to look up your phone number to identify which golfer is cancelling!
