The Annual General Meeting, where registration takes place, is in the Club House, 9AM on Tuesday, March 24th, 2026. We hope all interested in golfing this season will attend!

Sign up for our first golf, on April 7th, "Back to the Greens", will be at the AGM. Bring along an extra cheque!
-
9-hole green fees are paid at the front desk each week you play in Ladies Club 9.

The annual Ladies Club 9 fee is $30, is payable by cash or cheque, and is due upon registration.

If paying for anything by cheque, please make your cheque payable to "Arrowsmith Club 9". If paying by cash, please try to bring exact change.

10 pack 9-hole games passes are on sale for $299+ taxes

10 pack golf cart passes are on sale for $219+ taxes (single rider)

Ladies wishing to become members of Club 9 can either submit an enquiry through our contact page or contact adutchak@shaw.ca 250-586-2834.

Weekly sign up must now be done by Thursdays at 5pm, at the latest, as we MUST now submit our schedule to the pro shop by Friday.

If you need to cancel a Ladies Club 9 tee time, for any reason:

call the Pro Shop at 250-752-9727 (or click on the red phone)

​​​​​​If you would like to order a magnetized Club 9 name tag, please contact Buzzy Mitchell at buzzy.mitchell@icloud.com (250-808-6963). Order deadline will be announced at a later date. Please indicate how you would like your name to appear. Cost will be less than $15 and payable to Buzzy upon pickup.
